Zen online

As many people are unable to visit a dojo, we offer you the opportunity to follow the daily meditations, as well as the ceremonies, live on your computers and smartphones.
You will find on this page the weekly program, the sutras (texts of the ceremonies), as well as videos to help you in your practice.

Hello! The Zen Online system is currently evolving and improving: there will soon be video transmission for teishos and mondos.

Click on this link to directly access the livestream (audio):

It is possible to access the livestream without downloading the Podbean-App. Unfortunately, on Apple devices there may be issues.

It is also possible to follow the meditation livestream on Youtube:

The meditation sessions are organised in one or two ways:

  • One period of zazen - 45 minutes
  • Two periods : 30 minutes, 10 minutes kinhin - walking meditation, 25 minutes zazen followed by a ceremony.

Which of these is used is not arranged in advance.

The sutras

On this page you will find the texts of the ceremonies that we chant throughout the day. The sutras change each day.
