Zen online
LET'S BUILD A ZEN MEDITATION DOJO AT RYUMONJI TOGETHER!
To discover and participate to this beautiful collaborative project:
or connect to www.okpal.com/ryumonji
As many people are unable to visit a dojo, we offer you the opportunity to follow the daily meditations, as well as the ceremonies, live on your computers and smartphones.
You will find on this page the weekly program, the sutras (texts of the ceremonies), as well as videos to help you in your practice.
The meditation sessions are organised in one or two ways:
- One period of zazen - 45 minutes
- Two periods : 30 minutes, 10 minutes kinhin - walking meditation, 25 minutes zazen followed by a ceremony.
Which of these is used is not arranged in advance.
GOOD PRACTICE AND STAY TUNED!
A new feature! Ryumonji Monastery now offers you the possibility of carpooling, in order to share travel costs while reducing your carbon footprint. A more ecological and economical solution, while sharing a convivial moment between retreat participants :)
