Meditation Retreat (Sesshin) 14-16 February

-

This sesshin is open to all, beginners and advanced alike. This is an opportunity to dive into the heart of Sôtô zen, experiencing a practice passed down through the centuries permeating all aspects of daily life.

Master Wang-Genh, the monastery's abbot, will give talks on the specifics of Zen meditation and Zen Buddhism. There will be opportunities to ask him questions in individual talks - dokusan - or in assembly - mondo

The sesshin will take place from 14 to 16 February. Arrival on Thursday 13 at 5pm. Explanations about the practice at around 7pm. Departure on Sunday  after lunch and check-out (around 3 pm).
