You will find all practical information and registration details on this page. Registrations are made exclusively by e-mail : firstname.lastname@example.org
To come and practise at the monastery at any time of the year, different possibilities are available to you. For example, it is possible to share the daily life of the monks and nuns, with a precise schedule, including several Zen meditation sessions - zazen, meals in silence, ceremonies, etc. These are called short- or long-term retreats.
It is also possible to register for thematic retreats.

Here is the description of a typical day, apart from the special programs. The retreatant agrees to participate in all the activities mentioned below.
